A WORKSHOP WITH JOHN P. MILTON
MAY 7 & 8, 2022
John will teach a non-martial form of T'ai Chi created by Chang San Feng, the Taoist monk from the Wudang Mts. in China who is said to have created the martial practices that flowered into the diverse forms widely taught today. This purely spiritual form, long hidden, has been practiced by monks of the Wudang Monastery for over eight hundred years. John was one of the first teachers here in the West.
Easy to learn and practice, the entire form can be learned in this weekend workshop. The practice is incredibly energizing and uplifting, unifying the qi of heaven and earth in the body. Experiences arise of greatly expanded energy flow, opening of the heart, inner serenity, and spiritual clarity. This form is highly recommended for its physical and spiritual benefits.
John P. Milton is a pioneering ecologist, spiritual teacher, t’ai chi, qigong, and meditation master, shaman, and vision quest leader.
